How do you adjust the air flow meter on a 1992 ford festive?

This was maladjusted when new timing belt was installed and now I get oil in the plastic tub leading from the air filter to the throttle body.I changed the PCV valve but I an still getting oil in this tube. Does anyone know how this oil is getting back up in this tube and what could be causing it.The engine runs good but has a small hesitation or surging when driving. The spark plugs are burning clean with no oil on them and no blue smoke coming out of the exhost. How do you adjust the air flow meter on a 1992 ford festive?
You DO NOT adjust air flow meter. Even on ford festiva.

You have worn out or sticking oil control rings. How do you adjust the air flow meter on a 1992 ford festive?
blow smoke i think thats oil burning

not sure about the oil in that tube cus it dose that in my Dodge Omni do you think the timeing was set right? How do you adjust the air flow meter on a 1992 ford festive?
I have never heard of an air flow meter. If you are refering to the mass air flow sensor there is no adjustment and if you touch it you will damage it. I don't know how oil can get from the air cleaner to the throttle body. There is no oil in that area. The pcv valve has a chance to pick up oil. Are you sure the tube is connected properly ??How do you adjust the air flow meter on a 1992 ford festive?
The air flow meter is pre set.You can't ajust it.
