How to replace PCV vavle?

I am trying to change PCV valve on my 99 mercury cougar(v6 2.5), I seemed to having trouble to find it. Can anyone help me to locate them? How to replace PCV vavle?
there is only 1 pcv valve, look on the valve cover for a plug in piece that goes through a rubber grommet with a hose running off of it, just pull it out of the grommet and take the hose off of it and install the new one, it will have a check ball in the bottom of it that should rattle around when you shake it.How to replace PCV vavle?
an easier way would by to drive into any Jiffy Lube and have them change it for you. The cost shouldn't be more than $10.00 and that included the part and labor. If thats not good for you follow and hose approximately the thickness of your pinky finger that lead into the engine. A PCV valve will be either metal or plastic and seperated from the hose. You can confirm it is the PCV valve by shaking it. You should hear a clicking sound. Keep in mind some cars do not have a PCV valve. How to replace PCV vavle?
